“The world is but a canvas for our imagination.”
—Henry David Thoreau
What better way to explore the world’s natural wonders than through its animals. The animal world is full of a wide array of beautiful creatures, each with unique features and characteristics. At Douglas, we specialize in creating plush animals that are realistic and true to nature. We then make them soft and cuddly so you can experience the animal world using your own imagination.

Andy Anteater
Anteaters are awesome—and not just because of their long tongue. While they have poor eyesight, they compensate with an excellent sense of smell. These “good smellers” depend on their nose for foraging, feeding, and defense. Anteater habitats include tropical forests, grasslands, and savannahs.
Andy the Anteater is a new twist on one of our best-selling critters. We use a mix of long and short faux fur and realistic coloring to make Andy true to life – with all the softness and quality craftsmanship you expect from Douglas.
Cotton Candy Flamingo
Flamingos are extremely social birds. They live in colonies where numbers can reach well up into the thousands. A well-fed, healthy flamingo is vibrantly colored and stands out from the flock. Flamingos usually stand on one leg while the other is tucked beneath their body.
Cotton Candy Flamingo is as vibrant as they come and is always ready for whatever you would like to throw its way. With unbelievable realism, you’ll have a hard time leaving this social bird behind while on your adventures.
Tex Armadillo
An armadillo’s body armor is formed by plates of bone covered in overlapping scales. Armor also covers an armadillo’s head, the upper parts of the limbs, and its tail. Even with all that armor and very short legs, armadillos can move quite quickly. They can even walk underwater!
Tex may look like an armadillo, but don’t worry about this guy’s outer shell. Tex’s armor is as soft as they come. Our unique twist with a textured plush design which gives Tex a realistic look without sacrificing softness.
Softy Manatee
Apart from mothers with their young, manatees are generally solitary animals. They spend about half of their day sleeping submerged underwater. When they do get up and move, they take it very easy, generally swimming at about 3 to 5 mph. Once considered endangered, these “gentle giants” have made a remarkable comeback.
You won’t wanna leave Softy manatee alone once you feel how soft it is. Our Softy stuffed manatee is big and lovable. Made from the most luxurious plush material, Softy’s gray this gray color is both realistic and playful.
Sylvie Sloth
How slow can you go? A sloth’s slow pace and apparent helplessness don’t seem to pose special problems for this one-of-a-kind animal. Sloths stay safe by blending in with the trees and moving slowly to not attract attention. Only during their infrequent visits to ground do they become vulnerable to predators.
We challenge you to not to fall instantly in love with Sylvie the Sloth. Sylvie’s multi-toned plush material is just stunning. Her floppy arms are just calling to wrap around you.
