Returning Merchandise

You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as noted below: To initiate a return, call us at 800-992-9002 or email us at shop@douglastoys.com Items must be shipped back in their unused, unopened, original packaging to the below address: Douglas Co., Inc. ATTN:  Customer Returns 69 Krif Road Keene, NH 03431 The refund will be for the full paid value of the returned items unless otherwise noted. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded unless the merchandise is defective*, has shipping damage, was not described accurately or you received an incorrect item. Credit for returned items will be applied to the credit method that was used to make the purchase within 5-10 days of the date it is received by the fulfiller. You will be notified by email once the return is received and the credit is processed. The return credit will be reflected on your statement within one to two billing statement periods, depending on your financial institutions billing cycle. Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting the fulfiller, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
