Customer Service Sales Support Representative

Position Overview:

As a Customer Service/Sales Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience and providing essential support to our sales team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and adept at multitasking, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. This role involves handling retail customer inquiries, processing orders, and supporting various sales functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries via calls or e-mail, resolving issues, and offering support in a positive and professional manner.
  • Enter and manage customer orders accurately, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints promptly, working to find effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

Schedule:

  • 8AM – 5PM
  • Full-time
  • M-F
  • Overtime available

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role is desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in order processing and data management.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with SAP is a plus but not required.

Paid training provided

Pay:

$19.50 +  per hour, depending on experience.
