Rosy Cream Puppy Sshlumpie

Bought Rosy and Auggie sshlumpies to go with Rosy and Auggie activity book. Extremely pleased with sshlumpies, but think the activity book would benefit from more description, i.e., the squeaker and what I later learned was a rattle between the pages. In fact, I called Customer Service because the "rattle" did not seem to function. I was told it was a noise maker and was sent another book promptly and did not have to return the original. Overall, the products are exactly as they appear on the website and of high quality material.

Most importantly, my two Customer Service calls were answered promptly, quickly transferred to human beings who spoke clearly understandable (!) English, and were efficient, courteous, and helpful.

I love my Sshlumpie so very much. Great travel companion. :)

I give all new babies a sshlumpie. They are always a hit. The parents buy a second for a backup in case one gets dirty or gets misplaced.

so soft, it is my softest plushie, it is easy to transport and i can fit it in my backpack♥︎

Bought her for myself as a comfort item and she very soft and lovable. She’s not as pink as she is in the pictures but still a great purchase.
